There's a lot of information out there about setting goals and planning for 2019. This will be different.

In this episode, I take you through a simple exercise to really focus on your sales - not your overall business health right now – just what happened in 2018.

You'll use this info to inform your decisions and actions for 2019. This is a super simple exercise. It's going to take you maybe 30 minutes. 

I did mine a one sheet in my notebook - no big deal. It's extremely important to review and reflect upon what happened last year before you start working on this year. That said, you don't need a gazillion spreadsheets or complicated stuff. 

You need a sheet of paper and 30 minutes.
