Selling wholesale sucks. At least that’s what I hear from a number of you, my dear listeners, on a weekly basis.

In this episode, I made a list of all the reasons selling to boutiques and department stores can feel suck-y. And I say FEEL sucky, not necessarily that they ARE sucky. It’s all in how you perceive things and certainly depends on who you talk to.

Then I made a list of things to LOVE about selling wholesale.

I hope you enjoy it!

Jolie Dennison is an American artist based in Northern Ireland. She's owned a retail store for the last 6 years and is ready for a change. She's recently changed her niche and mostly, she wants her BUSINESS to fit into her LIFE - rather than the other way around.

We dive deep into her business in this coaching call and come up with a plan for her to get her "dream" business where she gets to travel 3 months out of the year and still run her business profitably.

  • The problem with selling art online and how Jolie can work around it to get consistent sales
  • Choosing a faith-centered niche without alienating your current customers
  • How to build a business around the lifestyle you want - in this case traveling 3 months out of the year
  • How Jolie can combine her faith with her business
  • Adding live and virtual events to your business to engage your audience and sell more art and art products
  • How Jolie can add a new product - bible journaling - to her business and make it profitable
  • The importance of selling replenishable products for repeat business

Hey there! I'm starting something new and doing laser coaching sessions with entrepreneurs.

This first #LaserCoaching episode is with Erika Neumayer, a designer of German dirndls. She's a BOSS at marketing but even Erika struggles with knowing what activities will bring in the best ROI. Like all of us, we want to and time only on the most important money generating activities.

In this episode, Erika tells me she's personally taking a break from Facebook but feels like she still needs it for her business. Erika prefers Instagram and wants to spend more time, energy, and resources there.

Her main questions is this:

What's a good strategy to keep engaged with my audience if I want to take a break from Facebook and concentrate on other social media platforms?

Enjoy!

Jane
